Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization – Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. We are unencumbered and will need your contribution to make it a world class engineering center with the focus on excellence!

We are in search of a Senior Manager to lead global oversight of a new patient administration and revenue cycle products. Serving as a crucial link between a customer’s business functions and product requirements, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of financial data to a variety of partners.

As a manager in the product development organization, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and strategy. You will understand the current features and capabilities of Oracle Health Revenue Cycle products to help determine appropriate fit for customer requirements. You will analyze and communicate near-term and long-term obligations with appropriate product development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure we are meeting the customer’s needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate product roadmaps and strategies into client roadmaps and strategies. You will provide go-to-market messaging and positioning for product marketing, customer services, and sales.

This is an opportunity to develop and maintain rich internal and customer relationships at both the working and executive levels, creating and presenting polished messaging both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications

+ Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, detailed understanding of product development and product management.

+ Can directly contact our customers, client services, development, quality assurance, and more to understand and articulate business requirements and how best to implement new feature solutions with maximum customer impact.

+ 8+ years product management/design experience, health IT consulting, or health IT solution work

M4 level

+ A strong bias for action

+ Passion for turning ideas into deliverables – and seeing ideas through to delivery

+ Ability to constantly reassess assumptions and priorities

+ Works optimally within JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile-based tools

Responsibilities

As a Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

US: Hiring Range: from $130,000 to $291,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
