Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$164,400.00 – $263,100.00

What Is the Opportunity?

What Will You Do?
+ Oversight of multiple Product Management teams that work in a collaborative relationship with National Distribution and Northfield partners
+ Partner with Underwriting and Sales leadership to drive strategies aimed at maximizing growth and profit.
+ Partner with peers to lead day to day priorities within Small Commercial Product Management organization.
+ Effectively communicate financial results and impact of strategy to senior management.
+ Articulate and drive behaviors and actions throughout Small Commercial Product Management.
+ Drive new strategy considerations through encouragement of innovative ideas aimed at local and countrywide impact.
+ Leading others to develop strong working relationships with business partners including business service centers, information technology, claim, actuarial, etc.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
+ Bachelor’s degree in business management, mathematics, management information, finance, actuarial science, economics or other analytics related field preferred.
+ Master’s degree preferred.
+ 8 years product management experience preferred.
+ Comprehensive P&C industry knowledge.
+ Experience in senior level “general management” functions.
+ Typically has in depth knowledge/experience in two or more Commercial product lines.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of Pricing and Actuarial techniques.
+ Ability to Lead Leaders.
+ Ability to Build, Motivate, and Develop Team Members Collectively and Individually.
+ Problem Solving Skills.
+ Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
+ Drive for Results and Action Orientation.
+ Excellent Presentation Skills.

+ Excellent recognition of the effects of recommendations beyond individual lines of business, or beyond Select.
What is a Must Have?
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Four years of experience in data analytics required.
+ Two years Profit/Loss management experience required.
+ Four years managing others required.
