About the Team

The Zoom Global Enablement Go-To-Market team empowers our revenue team to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes through exceptional knowledge, skills, and behaviors. We collaborate across functions to define, develop, document, and deliver repeatable practices, content and enablement thaspans the full customer lifecycle. This role will support products in our Workplace portfolio, such as Zoom Phone and Zoom Spaces. You will work with product marketing, platform acceleration, and other teams to support our Revenue team. Your tasks will include assessing the product roadmap and creating and executing enablement plans and programs. You will also curate an enablement bill of materials to empower sales and partners.

What we’re looking for

+ Experience in SaaS/telephony and/or High-Tech sales engineer (SE)

+ Able to present, communicate and have organizational skills that help lead and deliver projects, programs, and initiatives

+ Experience in an enablement and product marketing role (or similar role)

+ Experience in deploying compelling training, content/sales processes, and tools to the AE and SE organization

+ Advise or provide guidance on complex matters

+ Background in In-person and virtual training facilitation, adult learning best practices, and informal learning

+ Experience in product launches by preparing and allowing the field to understand and demonstrate our solutions. This includes creation of Job Aids, coordination and scheduling of presentations and presenters, and other launch materials.

+ Able to travel up to 20% of the time

+ Experience in curriculum development, training, and delivery

+ Knowledge about UCaaS, VoIP, and video conferencing

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
