SUMMARY:

The Associate Director Consumer Marketing for REXULTI PTSD, is responsible for inputting into and executing the REXULTI PTSD consumer marketing strategy following the potential launch of the PTSD indication, pending FDA approval. The role is focused and responsible for driving consumer brand awareness, consideration and action through an omni-channel marketing plan (tv, social, search, display and website). Key priorities will align to brand strategy through marketing and media tactics aimed at timely patient awareness of REXULTI for PTSD, driving action with their HCP and supporting their treatment journey. Decisions should be guided by research, analytics, and awareness of industry trends.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

+ Responsible for consumer marketing leadership, innovation, tactics, investment and optimization across all relevant channels including tv, social, search, display, and website following the potential launch of the PTSD indication, pending FDA approval.

+ Drive brand performance through execution of the REXULTI PTSD consumer marketing strategy, reaching appropriate PTSD patients, driving patient action with HCPs, and supporting patients on their treatment journey

+ Recommend, develop and monitor measurement reports that aid business decisions

+ Apply market research skills to optimize patient journeys, personas, messaging, etc.

+ Leverage omnichannel best practices to enhance website, crm, media and in-office marketing tactics

+ Create, enhance and drive effective patient resources (in-office & website downloads)

+ Collaborate and work cross-functionally to identify impactful insights to pull into marketing execution with internal, alliance and agency counterparts, including: brand leadership, digital solutions, market research, data & analytics, finance, regulatory affairs, communications, etc.

+ Cultivate and maintain positive, business impactful partnership, with alliance consumer counterpart and leadership

+ Oversee budgets, ensuring timely project completion within scope.

+ Ensure all marketing projects are compliant and have obtained necessary approvals through the appropriate medical, legal, compliance and regulatory review processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

+ Accredited Bachelor’s degree

+ 7+ years healthcare marketing experience including consumer marketing, digital, and HCP marketing, sales, or other relevant commercial or analytical experience

+ 4+ years quantifiable consumer marketing success within pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare industries

+ Strong creative and analytical skillset/experience related to consumer marketing content creation, investment optimization, and strategic decision making

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction, influence others, and build consensus

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, namely Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills

+ Experience managing third-party vendor/agencies, keeping them in budget and ensuring that their activities are aligned with brand strategy

+ Highly organized with the ability to drive advancement of multiple workstreams at once with support from agencies and cross-functional partners

+ Adaptability to a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

+ Alliance marketing experience

+ Marketing and media optimizations, social strategy and execution, campaign management

+ Digital/Non-Personal Promotion brand marketing leadership

+ Omnichannel brand marketing leadership

+ LOE experience

+ Demonstrated ability to influence without authority

+ Brand Planning leadership experience

+ Outside the box, creative thinker with demonstrated ability to execute

TRAVEL:

+ Chicago based: Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically. International travel may be required

+ Remote: Willingness to travel to home office or other US locations up to 40%. International travel may be required

The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. Salary Pay Range: $180,000 – $220,000 and eligibility for a 20% bonus target based on company and individual performance, and eligibility to participate in the company’s long-term incentive plan.
