Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 11 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.

+ Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience working with clients, advising on marketing/business performance and influencing decisions.

+ Experience in retail marketing.

+ Ability to provide data-driven recommendations to clients and cross-functional stakeholders, including both external and internal executives.

+ Ability to architect and package enterprise solutions, with excellent technical and commercial skills to promote the proposed solutions internally and externally.

+ Excellent strategic and analytic sales approach to build client relationships.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The team empowers clients to explore an AI-driven world, by selling and architecting sustainable Google Marketing Platform (GMP) solutions that accelerate the next wave of growth. As a member of the sales team in GMP, you will be on the frontier of driving GMP adoption and long-term impact to clients and Google.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000-$228,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Work with Product, Go-To-Market, and other specialists to bundle current Google solutions to create packages that help unlock Commerce Media Network for Commerce and Brands based on Google Marketing Platform, align and commercialize internally to broader sales organization.

+ Identify and develop partnerships with third-party companies to complement current offer to Brand and Commerce.

+ Own the business cycle for commerce and brands to install the infrastructure required for commerce media, coordinating with other cross-functional partners.

+ Work with Product and Engineering teams to design, build, and integrate across the ecosystem based on market feedback, in addition to bringing to the market pilot programs related to commerce.
