Our 12-18 month program offers an immersive experience designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for a leadership role in a new market location. You’ll rotate through key departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service, gaining a 360-degree view of our business. By the end of the program, you’ll be prepared to take on a managerial position at one of our new or existing locations.

+ Hands-On Rotations: Experience every facet of our business as you rotate through key departments-Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Service. Gain invaluable insights and a comprehensive understanding of how each area contributes to our success.

+ Expert Mentorship: Benefit from one-on-one guidance and training from our seasoned senior leaders. Develop essential managerial skills and receive personalized feedback to refine your leadership abilities.

+ Leadership Preparation: Get ready to step into a managerial role with confidence. You’ll be trained and mentored to take charge of a new or existing Feldco location, with relocation opportunities within 12-18 months.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or related fields.

+ Minimum of 2 years of Successful leadership experience.

+ Willingness to relocate within 18 months to take on a Sales Manager/General Manager role.

+ Strong leadership qualities and a passion for delighting customers.
