As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead a team of inside sales consultants, driving sales goals through coaching, development, and execution of sales strategies. With a focus on client management and closing deals, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help students around the world improve their lives through education.

What you’ll do here: :

+ Assist in hiring, training, and leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives

+ Build strong development plans for team members and drive continuous progress

+ Work closely with representatives to maintain strong territory plans

+ Ensure accurate CRM tracking and provide accurate forecasts

+ Coach and support team members through sales initiatives and planning sessions

+ Manage personal sales territory and stay updated on market trends

+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve objectives

Skills you will need here:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

+ Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 4 years in sales management

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

+ Proficiency in word processing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet software

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$77,100.00 – $123,300.00 USD
