Your role

Your key goal as the primary owner of our Customer Relationship Management software system is to standardize and optimize our sales processes, training teammates on system functionality and driving system enhancement.

Your background and experience

+ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the CRM strategy and ensure that our roadmap, backlog, and results align with expectations.

+ Partner with both commercial leaders and IT teammates to deliver technology solutions that help CRM work for packaging consultants, rather than vice a versa – increase efficiency, effectiveness, and selling time.

+ Lead all aspects of product integration: evaluate digital tools for integration into the CRM ecosystem to deliver new value.

+ Process improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and map, reinvent, and optimize sales processes within the CRM system to deliver seamless workflows and improved efficiency. New processes clearly tie to better financial performance: revenue, GP, and EBITDA.

+ CRM and commercial process training: design, coordinate, and deliver training for new teammates and for new features.

+ Change management: Drive the adoption of standard methodologies and new features in CRM as needed.

+ Integration onboarding: Lead commercial onboarding process with newly acquired companies: fit-gap exploration, existing commercial process dynamics and pipeline management, map current roles & responsibilities to CRM functionality and use cases.

+ Drive commercial success: Partner with commercial leaders to drive CRM utilization with their teams and ensure pipeline hygiene by communicating which leads, prospects, and opportunities are malnourished for attention.

+ Sales Analytics: Work with our PowerBI team to create and maintain reports that produce essential analysis and provide clear, actionable insights.
