Job Description

Seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects. Key responsibilities include conducting due diligence, design review, value engineering, negotiating contracts, establishing schedules, and maintaining job costing. You will coordinate between field staff and office, ensuring all site activities are planned effectively and project standards, particularly in safety, are upheld. This role requires constant collaboration with subcontractors and other on-site parties to manage scope changes and ensure project completion within contractual parameters.
