In this position…

We are looking for a Senior UX Content Strategist/Copywriter to help drive the voice and tone of how our products communicate to our users.

What you’ll do…

+ Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Researchers, and other product team members to understand customer needs and opportunities.

+ Partner with Designers to create seamless customer experiences across a variety of digital platforms.

+ Partner with Researchers to develop interview scripts, surveys, and reports.

+ Write clear and concise copy to support our digital products.

+ Ensure that all communication adheres to the brand tone of Ford and Ford Credit.

+ Concurrently manage various types of content projects across multiple product teams.

+ Conduct SEO, analytical and competitive research.

+ Revise manuscripts based on feedback from legal and proofreading.

+ Review and proofread mockups, research scripts, and final designs prior to launch.

You’ll have…

+ Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising (Writing) or similar.

+ 7+ years of professional copywriting and/or content strategist experience.

Even better, you may have…

+ Automotive and/or financial writing experience.

+ Advertising and/or marketing writing experience.

+ Experience working with agile teams.

+ Expert understanding of the creative writing process.
