Acentra seeks a Provider Relations Coordinator to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Provider Relations Coordinator:

+ Acts as a primary point of contact for provider relations inquiries and issues, both internally and externally.

+ Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with providers and serving as a liaison between Acentra Health and its network of providers.

+ Assists in managing provider contracts and ensuring compliance with contract terms and requirements.

+ Coordinates with other departments to ensure timely resolution of provider issues and concerns.

+ Maintains accurate and up-to-date provider data in the company’s systems.

+ Assists in provider recruitment and education initiatives.

+ Supports the development and implementation of provider network expansion strategies.

  • This is a Remote based position. The selected candidate must reside and work in the United States. **
  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern
  • The selected candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States, now or in the future, without the need for employer visa sponsorship. **

Job Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for provider relations inquiries and issues.

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with providers.

+ Liaise between Acentra Health and its network of providers.

+ Assist in managing provider contracts and ensuring compliance.

+ Coordinate with other departments to resolve provider issues.

+ Maintain accurate provider data in company systems.

+ Assist in provider recruitment and education initiatives.

+ Support provider network expansion strategies.

Requirements

Required Qualifications/Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

+ 2+ years of experience in provider relations or a related field.

+ Knowledge of healthcare industry and provider networks.

+ Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

+ Experience with contract management and compliance.

+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ The selected candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States, now or in the future, without the need for employer visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

+ Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
