About the Role
The Government Services Department thrives with the growing need for payment eligibility compliance in government-funded programs. A high standard of quality is key for the success of our business. This role ensures the highest quality of operational work through specialization in quality control. The role is remote and there can be a shift time that starts between 6:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
Responsibilities
+ Conducting quality control on registrations and new user forms for the Support Team.
+ Conducting quality control on Exceptions Scans for the FCRA Team.
+ Conducting quality control on AVS and SSA Requests Scans for the Data Entry Team.
+ Assisting with Audits and security questionnaires, if applicable.
+ Assisting with invoices for the AVS Programs, if applicable.
+ Maintaining and assists in the creation of policies and procedures. Updates and creates documentation as required by our contracts and annual reviews.
+ Providing ongoing follow-up and feedback to Operations Management regarding quality control review and any subsequent weekly, monthly, and/or YTD reports.
+ Ensuring all work set forth to ensure SLAs are met.
Requirements
+ College Degree preferred. High School diploma required.
+ Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
+ Be able to display excellent communication, organization time management, and interpersonal skills.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain SSA Security Clearance as a condition of employment.
+ Able to adapt to new environments, adjust to situations or demands, and function effectively.
+ Able to adapt to various communication methods including, in-person, email, and video conferencing.
+ Microsoft Suites skills are required.
