We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst near Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in performing financial analyses, managing inventory operations, preparing crucial reports, and driving continuous improvement strategies. This role is integral to our operations and business decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the operations of consigned and owned inventory

- Drive continuous improvement strategies for operational cost containment

- Generate monthly commission payroll for the sales team

- Prepare ad-hoc reports for the owner and sales team as requested

- Track sales growth and quota attainment company-wide and by team or product

- Identify innovative ways to enhance company performance and interpret data

- Prepare and analyze profit and loss data and propose insightful improvements

- Gather and organize financial data for the management team for regular leadership reviews

- Reconcile inventory on a monthly basis and identify overages and shortages

- Administer paperwork for term employees and assist with setting inventory par levels for teams

- Perform employee write-ups and assist operationally with running reports (sales, inventory, product, profit loss, bonus plan scenarios, comp scenarios, etc.)

- Ensure accurate commission calculations and reporting

- Report to federal agencies monthly on expenditures for medical professionals

- Create projections and streamline processes to improve efficiency.

- Proficiency in Business Systems, Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports, and Data Mining Techniques is required

- Experience with ‘About Time’, Accounting Functions, Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management is essential

- Knowledge of ADP – Payroll, Commissions, Microsoft Excel, Financial Projections, P & L Calculation, and Streamlining is necessary

- Should be adept at using tools for financial analysis and forecasting

- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required

- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Proven experience in generating financial models and interpreting data

- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
