Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare voice network designs for new and existing client site establishments, relocations, network upgrades, network expansions, and disaster recovery setups with a focus on Cisco Voice Technologies
+ Support, configure, and deploy Cisco Unified Communications Manager and adjuncts
+ Knowledge and configuration of Cisco ASR/ISR CUBEs
+ Provide advanced support for all voice, network, and related data communication issues, including SIP and MPLS circuits, routing protocols, and third-party vendor connectivity
+ Research networking issues and products as required
+ Leverage critical thinking skills to evaluate all possible solutions while using appropriate judgment in applying effective resolutions

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
+ 4+ years of related experience
+ Experience configuring and deploying Cisco Voice technologies such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection
+ Strong knowledge of equipment, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing efficiency
+ Strong understanding of IP communication, routing, WAN/LAN, and transport technologies (Ethernet, MPLS)
+ Experience with SIP, TDM-PRI, and POTS connectivity to PSTN
+ Excellent desktop and server troubleshooting skills
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
+ Cisco Voice/Collaboration certification (CCIE, CCNP, CCNA)
