Supply Chain and Operations houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. You Are: A Kinaxis Planning Integration Architect that will help develop and grow our Supply Chain & Operations Planning business for the Kinaxis platform. The Work: At Accenture, Supply Chain and Operations Connected Solutions professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain. Supply Chain Planning leaders shape integrated planning and execution solutions that drive business growth while increasing supply chain resiliency. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

+ Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

+ Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.

+ Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

+ Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

+ Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.

+ Serve as the chief integration architect for Kinaxis delivery initiative

+ Ensure that the delivery architecture is consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements

+ Manages large – medium sized Kinaxis Rapid Response Integration teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

+ Provide knowledge of integrating Rapid Response with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications

+ Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you need:

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse Tools as Integration Architect or Consultant

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience)

Nice to have:

+ Experience of leading technical design for inbound / outbound processes

+ Advance knowledge for Kinaxis Authoring (Level 2/3 author certified)

+ Advanced Understanding of Hierarchical and Versioning Data Base Models

+ Advanced Understanding of Kinaxis Data Model, Space names and Partitions

+ RapidResponse Integration Models (Batch, API, web services)

+ RapidResponse System Administration Expertise

+ JavaScript and TypeScript expertise

+ Familiarity with ETL and Messaging Applications

+ Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

+ Excellent leadership and management skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
