Job Description
As a Senior Analyst in our Data Operations and Governance team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the credibility and availability of Kellanova’s data assets. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll focus on certifying and maintaining reliable Master Data. Your attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will contribute to our company’s success. The position is open to locations in the United States with a preference for Naperville, IL or Battle Creek, MI.
As the sole individual responsible for managing vendor data, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s financial stability. Collaborating with a diverse team of partners in legal, audit, and within your peer group, this position offers ample opportunities for learning and career growth. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing+ Master Data Expertise – Responsibility for managing Master Data in SAP relative to all aspects of product and customer hierarchy setup and maintenance, including report generation. By adapting to shifting priorities, you’ll enhance overall business effectiveness.
+ Influencing Systems Consistency and Accuracy – To ensure data requirements are met, conduct thorough audits, review access controls, and utilize technical tools like OneTrust, SAP, and digital concierge, which is crucial for SOX 404 compliance. Additionally prepare training documents as needed.
+ Relationship and Solution Focused – Develop and nurture relationships with both internal and external partners, engaging with various stakeholders. Address intricate challenges by conducting research, analysis, and selecting suitable solutions.
We’re Looking for Someone With+ High school diploma and relevant work experience in Electronic Commerce or a related technical or business field
+ Experience in the Data Governance space including internal and external audit controls
+ Experience with SAP and OneTrust
+ Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with specialized expertise in Excel
+ Proficient in both spoken and written communication, with the capacity to explain intricate details to diverse audiences
+ Ability to efficiently examine and interpret data
+ Ability to handle multiple priorities with competing deadlines
