Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Project Engineer
Job Description
The role involves developing systems to test new NPI components, field return ECMs, Displays, and Sensors. You will coordinate verification & validation activities for previous and current production electrical systems. Responsibilities include documenting test results, communicating with teams or suppliers, and coordinating the scheduling of test activities with internal and external resources. You will develop and perform required test activities in collaboration with the design team.
Hard Skills
+ Experience with lab equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, Operational Amplifiers
+ Experience with Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R)
+ Experience with Failure Mode Effect & Root Cause Analysis (FMEA)
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Knowledge in connectivity/telematics technologies
+ Experience with Operating Systems: MS Windows 7, 8, 10, UNIX, Ubuntu
+ Canalyzer
Soft Skills
+ Good documentation and presentation skills
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Ability to identify test cases and set up test environments
Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 104 Weekly.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Chillicothe, Illinois.
Work Environment
100% on-site – Building AC – Mossville, IL
