Job Description

HPC-Industrial , powered by Clean Harbors, is looking for an ASNT II-ET/RFT Level IIA to join their safety conscious team! This opportunity is based out of the Chicago, IL area. This team member will be responsible for performing data acquisition and analysis of ET/RFT/NFT/IRIS methods at client sites and HPC Industrial locations.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Industrial setting, refinery, petrochemical, utilities etc.

LOCATION OF WORK: Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform data acquisition and analysis of ET/RFT/NFT/IRIS methods

+ Collaborate on job scope and equipment requirements for given assignments

+ Maintain ET equipment and track calibrations

+ Experience with work planning, training, and employee supervision

+ Maintain current knowledge of method and industry trends

Physical demands:

+ Must be able to wear protective clothing or equipment. This includes but is not limited to and a hard hat.

+ Must be able to withstand exposure to dust, chemical and environmental, fumes (chemical and fluids), exhaust and highly pressurized fluids.

+ Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs

What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?

+ At least 5 years of experience in NDE

+ Eddy Current Level II certification with verifiable OJT

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Valid Driver’s License

+ Ability to travel nationwide on short notice

+ Ability to travel for long periods of time

+ Able to perform physical job functions in various work environments and climates

+ Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess or be able to obtain a TWIC

+ Experience with Eddyfi Ectane 3

+ Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment on site

+ Ability to climb ladders/scaffolding, work at heights, and work in confined spaces

+ Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs

+ Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screening
