Job Description

Adecco is looking for an associate to fill a warehouse role in Moline, IL . In this position you’ll play a crucial role in processing, packing, and shipping pharmacy orders. In this position, you will handle inventory duties, manage perishable products, and ensure efficient shipping operations. Schedule: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 11am – 7:30pm)

Pay Rate: $23.08 per hour

Assignment Type: Temporary

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders, ensuring that drugs, related supplies, and patient collateral (educational materials) are included.

+ Perform ordering and inventory/warehouse duties, including proper storage and appropriate refrigeration of perishable products.

+ Properly pack products as required by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Prepare boxes daily.

+ Create or fix shipping labels as needed, including for international shipments.

+ Bring packages to shipping, mail, and courier as needed.

+ Assist with answering the shipping and delivery door and managing inventory orders.

+ Receive and appropriately store box orders.

+ Learn functions related to commercial courier and shipping systems.

+ Ensure adequate stock of ice bricks for appropriate packaging of daily shipments.

+ Empty trash as needed and assemble shipping boxes.

+ Maintain knowledge of the shipping holiday schedule.

+ Maintain open communications regarding courier issues with the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma / GED

+ 6+ months of experience in a warehouse, assembly line, or production environment.

+ Pharmacy experience in any setting (preferred not required)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay Details: $23.08 per hour
