Sales Enablement Advisor, Global Sales Productivity (NetSuite)

PLEASE NOTE:

This position will be based at one of the following Hub locations:

+ Austin

About the Team:

The Global Sales Productivity (GSP) team’s mission is to develop every seller in the NetSuite community to reach their potential and enhance sales performance through strategic, elite learning experiences. Global Sales Productivity is responsible for enabling hundreds of sellers and managers every year across the sales organization, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Direct Sales, Account Management, and Channel organizations. This position will be focused on NetSuite’s Upmarket Direct sales teams.

About the Role:

+ Lead sales training, from new hire onboarding through promotion into sales and beyond

+ Leading global curriculum for new Sales Rep onboarding and reinforcement training, in both small and large group settings (50+)

+ Content creation and delivery for new initiatives with the help of subject matter experts

+ Working cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Solution Consulting Leadership, Global Sales Productivity and other valuable teams to provide resources to sales representatives and address challenges faced by sales teams.

+ Serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to Upmarket Direct sales team and leadership, providing support and coaching when appropriate.

+ Understand the seller experience and support the optimization of the sales tech stack to ensure an efficient and effective sales process.

+ Organizing large training events 6+ times a year.

+ Travel 25%+.

Profile:

+ Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including closing experience; sales management and/or enablement experience highly preferred; tech sales background highly preferred

+ Strong communication (written, oral) skills

+ Excellent presentation/facilitation skills

+ Ability to navigating multiple internal departments and lead without formal authority

+ Strategic problem solving on a global scale

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; project management experience

+ Strong sense of urgency to complete projects on time with contending priorities

+ Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

+ Ability to handle and adapt in an ever-changing work environment

+ E-learning software experience, CRM experience, and project management experience preferred

Responsible for delivering training on Oracle methodologies or product/solutions to sales and sales consulting personnel. Ensures successful delivery of training engagements with a high level of satisfaction. Provides sales or Oracle domain expertise in one or more skills or solution areas. Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Development and other counterparts to facilitate training content development and delivery. Become the knowledge expert on areas of delivery.

Responsibilities

Facilitate meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality training in classroom environments and or over the Web. Maintain deep knowledge and skill level while demonstrating expertise for all designated topics, plus additional, complementary topics and/or standard processes. Articulate at a granular level a respective concept or solution’s vision, capabilities, business value during offerings to both sales and sales consulting audiences. Consult/work with Subject Matter Experts, Sales Performance Designers, etc., in order to deliver the material in an effective and engaging way. Provide analysis and feedback on training events to program teams or management regarding training results. Meet or exceed utilization expectations. Successfully lead the training environment while reporting and resolving issues. Act as subject-matter guide when called upon for curriculum development. Provide mentoring, certification of other instructors and related leadership tasks.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $41.83 to $85.67 per hour; from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
