Job Title: Remote Health Insurance Agent
Must have an active health insurance license in the state that you reside.
100% remote – must have an active license in your home state.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have an active health insurance license in their state of residence and a passion for helping clients navigate their health insurance options.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options and selecting the best plans to meet their needs.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance.
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
+ Active health insurance license in the state of residence. Health insurance license and drivers license/ID must match states.
+ Proven experience as a health insurance agent or similar role.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
+ Proficiency with computer systems and online tools.
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Details:
+ Schedule: 8.5-hour shift within the hours of operation. 30-minute lunch.
+ Hours of Operation: 8AM CST to 8PM CST (Core Hours) & (7AM CST to 12AM CST during peak season).
