Description
We are seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team located in Roselle, Illinois, United States. The role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including posting daily cash and miscellaneous accounts payable, using accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning tools.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize accounting software systems to post daily cash transactions
- Handle accounts payable functions including cash payments, expense reports, and service reports
- Maintain accurate customer credit records and accounts receivable
- Conduct auditing to ensure the accuracy of accounting functions
- Work with ADP – Financial Services and Ceridian for processing customer applications
- Use Concur for expense management and reporting
- Utilize ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning for business process management
- Solve problems related to accounting functions and customer inquiries
- Monitor customer accounts and perform billing functions
- Maintain a positive work environment by demonstrating good interpersonal skills
Requirements – Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for managing financial records and transactions.- Experience with ADP – Financial Services is essential for facilitating payroll and other financial processes.
- Familiarity with Ceridian software is needed for efficient HR and payroll management.
- Knowledge of Concur software is required for managing expenses and invoices.
- Experience with ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning systems for managing business processes.
- Demonstrated ability in handling Accounting Functions is necessary for maintaining financial health and transparency.
- Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential for managing company’s bills and payments.
- Experience in Auditing is required to ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations.
- Familiarity with Billing Functions is necessary for accurate invoicing and revenue management.
