Job Title: Order Entry Specialist

Qualifications:

+ Microsoft Office Proficient

+ 2-3 years in order entry position (ERP)

+ High School Diploma or GED Minimum

Hours:

Will be onsite. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with two 15-minute paid breaks and one paid 30-minute lunch, ensuring a 40-hour work week.

Job Description

As an Order Entry Specialist, you will generate orders, support Sales Personnel, and assist in various administrative tasks including the general filing and archiving of invoices, correspondence, and other pertinent documents. You will also be responsible for processing internal correspondence and generating daily billing. Your role will serve as a backbone to the smooth operation of the sales and administrative departments by handling incoming and outgoing documents and completing various tasks assigned by upper management.

+ Generate orders

+ Supporting and backup to Sales Personnel

+ Complete various tasks assigned by upper management

+ General filing and archiving of invoices, correspondence and other prudent documents.

+ Process internal correspondence

+ Generate daily billing.

+ Handled incoming and outgoing mail

+ Compose documents and general administrative tasks
