+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment in an industrial environment.

+ Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills.

+ Proficient in working safely with hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, and saws.

+ Basic knowledge of machining parts on a lathe or milling machine is beneficial.

Education: High School Diploma or GED-equivalent required.

salary: $60,000 – $74,000 per year

Responsibilities

+ Manage repairs to production and facility equipment, including installation, setup, preventive maintenance, and adjustments based on technical service guidelines.

+ Troubleshoot equipment safely, conduct repairs, and perform preventive maintenance tasks.

+ Inspect and test equipment to identify malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

+ Maintain, document, and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance procedures.

+ Adhere to safety protocols for equipment, machinery, and repairs according to OSHA regulations.

The essential functions of this role include:

+ wearing steel toe shoes

+ manual lifting up to 50lbs

+ working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

+ working weekends
