Molding Plastic Process

Coordinates shift production efforts to meet customer and management goals and expectations via scheduling personnel at the proper stations, ensuring production machinery functionality, verifying production records, training operators, and monitoring daily output of each station.

+ Typical duties include mold set-up and adjustment of molding/assembly machines, equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs, preventive maintenance, quality checks, material handling including filling/emptying machine hoppers, housekeeping and operator instruction.

This position requires a minimum of one-year supervisory experience and a minimum of an Associate’s Degree is preferred. Otherwise, three years of supervisory experience is expected. The Production Supervisor must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel. Spanish is desirable. Knowledge of plastic molding process and molding set-up are required.
