Job Posting: Entry-Level Assembler

Type: Fulltime – Temp to Hire
Shift : hiring for 2nd and 3rd
2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM)
3rd Shift (11 PM – 7 AM)
What You’ll Do:
+ Assemble and Inspect: Operate equipment to put together products and ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
+ Continuous Improvement: Get involved in making our processes better and more efficient.
+ Safety and Organization: Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules.
+ Production Data: Record and report data accurately to help identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience: Previous experience as an assembler or in a similar role.
+ Skills: Ability to operate machinery, participate in process improvements, and handle production data.
+ Team Player: Work well with others while being self-motivated and independent.
+ Analytical Thinker: Strong skills to analyze information and spot potential issues.
+ Detail-Oriented: Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
+ U.S. Person Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

Pay Details: $22.50 per hour
