Job Title: Slitter Operator
Location: Schaumburg
Pay: $18-20 (based on experience)

4 10 hour shifts or 3 12 hour shifts***
Job Description
As a Slitter Operator, you will be responsible for safely loading and unloading mill rolls using the hoist system, packing and labeling finished products accurately, and performing quality checks while documenting the results. You will operate and understand basic machine controls on at least one type of slitter, set razor knives to specified widths, and manage the setup of the edge guide system. Your role also includes troubleshooting basic line issues, maintaining accurate records of operations including production, downtime, and waste, and adhering to all safety rules and policies. Additional duties include general housekeeping and performing miscellaneous tasks as directed by your supervisor.
