Responsibilities
+ Setup and operate CNC turning centers, requiring a minimum of 4 years of Turning Center experience.
+ Utilize Fusion 360 and Mastercam for program editing.
+ Interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and work orders to set up machines correctly and sequence operations effectively.
+ Adjust machining speeds and feeds as necessary to optimize production.
+ Troubleshoot and correct programming errors to enhance machine performance and product quality.
+ Perform quality control checks using measuring tools such as height gauges and micrometers to ensure specifications and tolerances are met.
+ Actively contribute to improving operational safety, quality, and efficiency through innovative solutions.
The essential functions of this role include:

+ manual lifting up to 50lbs
+ standing for 8 hours at one time
