Job Description

We are seeking a talented Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first in-house programmer, marking a shift from our typical outsourcing. They will be expected to work flexibly across three shifts, although a preference is given to those who can work the 1st shift. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CNC Programming industry, using Fusion 360 for programming. They will also possess prior manufacturing and machining experience. The role includes reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and drawings, running and troubleshooting programs, and working cross-functionally within several groups.

Hard Skills

+ 5+ years of experience in CNC Programming

+ Proficiency in Fusion 360 (Autodesk program)

+ Prior manufacturing and machining experience

+ Ability to read blueprints, schematics and drawings

+ Ability to run and troubleshoot a program

Soft Skills

+ Mechanically-inclined

+ Ability to work cross-functionally

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position

Work Environment

This role will be based on-site, with the successful candidate expected to work flexibly across three shifts. While we are flexible with scheduling, preference will be given to those who can work the 1st shift.
