ServiceNow is seeking an Area Vice President to lead the AMS Inspire Value team. This team is an integral part of the Global Sales Strategic Accounts team – a team that is focused on revolutionizing the enterprise software customer experience to drive exponential returns for our most strategic customers. We understand industries, our customers’ strategy and desired outcomes and we deeply engage on how ServiceNow can enable their digital transformation priorities via industry relevant solutions and innovative partnerships.

Inspire Value brings creative customer engagement experiences through our Now Value methodology by designing and leading strategic, consultative interactions to build consensus and alignment on how core capabilities of the ServiceNow platform can support CXO business transformation objectives. Through years of practical experience, executive gravitas and fundamental knowledge of business and technology trends the AVP is able to lead a team that builds and develops trusted advisor relationships with customers, partners and internally across ServiceNow. In addition, this role is at the heart of our most strategic accounts – acting as the connective tissue across the account team and the extended go to market teams to help drive incredible customer experiences across their journey with us – with a focus on their priorities and business outcomes.

What you get to do in this role:

+ Lead an outstanding business transformation and value advisory team

+ Coach and enable consultants and strategists to construct high-quality customer deliverables including the development of end-to-end content for compelling solutions and the business benefits of our solution for customers

+ Drive the strategic customer business inclusive of bringing together the integrated GTM to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This is inclusive of partnering with innovation, enterprise architecture, marketing, sales, solution consulting, partners and more to support our most strategic customers.

+ Mentor and provide professional development guidance to your team, ensuring engagement and opportunities to achieve professional excellence

+ Guide the team against measurable set goals

+ Foster an environment of learning. You will lead the team and all partners across ServiceNow on value selling and value management, including discovery, value analysis, creation and revision, messaging, industry benchmarking, and executive presentation.

+ Foster a community of collaboration and knowledge sharing. You will work with internal partners to lead the delivery of messaging, direction, and publications aligned to business value.

+ Use data, expertise, and personal interactions to provide feedback and suggestions. You will identify trends spanning our customers’ needs to develop new services, methods and tools.

+ Provide expertise and work with internal ServiceNow teams

+ Facilitate executive workshops, and represent ServiceNow at executive forums

+ Identify and lead to the creation of best practices, white papers, workshops, etc.

To be successful in this role you have:

+ 15+ years of experience in management consulting and financial/investment analysis

+ Experience inspiring and motivating teams with hands-on expertise and coaching skills

+ Ability to balance requirements, generate agreement and pivot to respond to needs

+ High level of executive presence, acts with integrity, humility and passion for us and customer

+ Analytical and financial skills

+ Skill to build networks within teams, peers, clients, and senior leadership

+ Ability to quickly learn new solutions/functional/industry domains

+ Experience with enterprise cloud solutions

+ Ability to travel up to 40-60% of the time
