Job Description

As a Violations Review Lead, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of Violation Reviewers. Your tasks will include assisting Violation Review Supervisors, processing supervisor approvals, performing tasks of a Violation Review Operator, providing training to team members, ensuring quality and compliance, conducting annual appraisals, and handling violation batching. You will also be responsible for submitting monthly operator reports, conducting monthly meetings with team members, and performing other duties as assigned.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 90 Day(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Lombard, Illinois and some days remote.

Work Environment

This position operates on a hybrid schedule, with flexibility required for in-office new hire training or leadership. Otherwise, remote work is permitted. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The office environment is quiet and business casual, with a strict cell phone policy. The majority of the workday involves sitting at a desk reviewing photos/videos. Jeans are permitted on Fridays.
