As a Product Support Specialist, you'll be the internal advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs are met swiftly and effectively. You'll coordinate across all departments to address and resolve customer inquiries, both stated and implied, providing clear communication and proactive solutions. Your role will involve engaging with customers through various channels, offering expert advice before and after sales, and managing crucial information to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Solve complex customer issues with in-depth product knowledge across various applications and competitor lines.
- Act as the primary contact for Panduit customers.
- Address problems with Panduit's computer printable and labeling system products.
- Handle technical requests through all communication channels, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with global colleagues and product management to ensure timely resolutions.
- Gather and organize large data sets for self-service product information portals.
- Develop strong connections with account teams and partners to support sales initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering focus required, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years of customer service or product support role
