As aSenior Manager, Coworker Development & Learning Operations, you will play a strategic role in fostering an environment of continuous learning and development within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and Coordinating Training Programs:
Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs across all coworker programs (LAUNCH, Coworker Onboarding, Executive Onboarding, LinkedIn Learning and Coworker Professional Development).
Create and implement effective training solutions that support the professional growth of all coworkers.
Identifying Learning Needs:
Work closely with managers to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.
Develop curriculum and training materials to address these needs.
Delivering and Facilitating Trainings:
Conduct training sessions using various formats (e-learning, in-person workshops, etc.).
Provide hands-on coaching and facilitate workshops.
Measuring Training Effectiveness:
Evaluate the impact of training initiatives.
Adapt programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Enhancing Onboarding Programs:
Align onboarding programs with organizational goals and coworker development.
Managing Training Logistics:
Ensure smooth logistics for all learning programs including:
Facilitator and space scheduling, Program material distribution, Participant communications and Learning event planning
Manage & Track budget expenditures related to training.
Learning Reporting

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development) and 7+ years experience in Learning and Development or related field OR 11+ years experience in Learning and Development or related field
3+ years in people leadership
Proven experience in designing and implementing successful training programs.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
