WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Momentum Worldwide is looking for a dynamic Vice President, Account Director of Business Leadership to be a key member of a rapidly growing commerce team working on a new major CPG account including a wide variety of brands and programs. This individual will lead a cross functional team to deliver projects on-time, on-brief, and be responsible for delivering great work that drives business results. We are seeking a passionate leader with experience in commerce - specifically shopper marketing and retailers. You will work to develop a strong relationship with clients, third parties, and internal team members while leading and empowering your team across multiple work streams.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Responsible for growth and profitability of top-tier commerce account and attaining annual revenue and contribution margin targets.
Provide category and channel expertise and leadership in guiding internal teams across the agency to meet client goals, ensuring that brand strategy and objectives are met
Provide expert direction and oversight across strategy development, property negotiation/management, and marketing activation development/execution, ROI methodology
Integral member of commerce team within the agency, developing and managing client business while leading strategy development for assigned account(s)
Foster strong relationships across the client marketing team and proactively troubleshoot conflicts with clients
Along with budget development and management, develops staffing plans to profitably support the business
Lead Business Leadership and cross discipline agency teams in developing and delivering exceptional programs, flawlessly executed while meeting client needs
Actively contributing to new business efforts, working in conjunction with senior management and external agency partners
Develop and delivers compelling client/new business presentations
Proactively work to grow client business across the agency's core disciplines
