What you will be doing

Under general direction of the Senior Director - Compliance, responsible for ensuring that distribution centers in their assigned district comply with all CSRA policies, procedures, and regulatory and security requirements. Performs audits, conducts investigations and acts as a liaison with state and federal agencies in assigned states and internal departments on special projects. Responsible for the direct supervision of the compliance associates within their district.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists Senior Director, Compliance in scheduling and tracking audit programs.
2. Conducts on-site audits and participates in audit meetings.
3. Assists Senior Director, Compliance in reviewing and approving distribution center audit responses.
4. Assists Senior Director, Compliance in developing and maintaining regulatory compliance policy manuals and audit checklists.
5. Conducts investigations as assigned by the Director, Supply Chain Security &Investigations.
6. Acts as liaison with assigned Directors of Operations and District Vice President of Operations and provides direct supervision and direction to distribution center QOR Managers related to security and regulatory compliance.
7. Acts as liaison with state and federal regulatory agencies as well as law enforcement officials.
8. Facilitates corporate and distribution center projects and initiatives such as consolidations, new business and changes in regulations.
9. Participates in QRO training program development and training sessions.
10. Assists in direction of integration activities surrounding merger/acquisitions post acquisitions
11. Conducts NTIS and inventory adjustment report reviews.
12. Ensures that the order monitoring program (OMP) is being followed at each distribution center in their assigned district.
13. Assists with preparation of QRO periodic summaries for the General Counsel.
14. Assists with preparation of the QRO Alerts and Updates.
15. Responsible for all associate relations functions for department staff including hiring, terminating, performance management, development and training.
16. Monitor transportation and GPS program compliance.
17. Facilitate and monitor assigned QRO committee
18. Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
19. Performs related duties as assigned.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires broad training in related field through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program or equivalent combination of education and experience; normally requires two (2)+ years related and progressively responsible experience; previous work experience in security and/or compliance field.

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

1. Demonstrated extensive knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations
2. Knowledge of Cencora policies and procedures
3. Proficient interview and interrogation skills
4. Ability to work alone as well as with others
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to collaborate with others
7. Ability to evaluate facts, determine alternative solutions to problems, evaluate courses of action, and make sound management decisions
8. Strong interpersonal skills; self-starter
