We are looking for a JDE Techno Functional Analyst in 401 N Michigan Ave, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL 60611 USA. Your mission will be to:

Essential Responsibilities:
Position will be responsible for assisting in problem solving and engineering of software solutions within the JD Edwards Enterprise One software application in both functional and technical areas. Specific responsibilities include the following:
Assist in development and support of the JDE EnterpriseOne applications and reports as well as perform routine updates and fixes across multiple functional JDE modules using the JDE developer toolset;
Understand business needs and generating creative and optimal solutions;
Use knowledge of software engineering tools and internal systems to create detailed functional and technical design documents;
Train business users on the implemented solution;
Assist in development and unit test programs according to defined technical designs and stated business requirements;
Ensure development of JDE application code is in adherence to established programming standards;
Participate in the unit and end-to-end testing on all developed applications to ensure adherence to QA standards;
Manage code deployment through the stated change control and version management process from the development environment through to the production environment.;
Analyze moderate to complex business needs to recommend and design appropriate functional or technical solutions;
Troubleshoot critical and non-critical production system/application issues and bugs and provide timely responses and resolutions; and
Be an effective advocate for the internal JDE ERP team.
Position allows for occasional telecommuting within commuting distance of reporting office in Chicago, IL.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (or foreign degree equivalent)

At least three (3) years of experience in JD Edwards, which includes: at least 3 years of JDE Development Toolsets (RDA, FDA, OMW, DD, NER, C business functions, JDE cache, Web services, etc.); at least 3 years of experience with JDE Oracle Database SQL scripting; and at least 3 years of experience with JDE production environment with the troubleshooting of daily issues, providing the solutions for bug fix or process improvement.
