As a Senior Manager, Program Management, your role is to oversee and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs within an organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of program managers and ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.

What you'll be doing:

1. Program Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria. Developing detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

2. Program Execution: Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to execute program activities, monitor progress, and resolve any issues or risks that may arise. Ensuring adherence to program governance and quality standards.

3. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and external partners. Providing regular updates on program status, risks, and opportunities.

4. Budget and Resource Management: Managing program budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation. Identifying and securing additional resources as needed.

5. Risk Management: Proactively identifying program risks and developing mitigation strategies. Monitoring and addressing risks throughout the program lifecycle.

6. Performance Monitoring: Establishing program performance metrics and tracking progress against goals. Conducting regular program reviews and providing feedback to team members.

7. Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance program management capabilities. Driving innovation and efficiency within the program management function.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in successfully delivering complex programs. You should be able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, while maintaining a focus on delivering results. A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and solve problems are also essential.

Overall, as a Senior Manager, Program Management, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of key programs, contributing to the organization's growth and success.

What you'll bring:

BA/BS in business management discipline, MBA recommended

Minimum 10 years program/project management experience

Direct experience (at least 5 years) in managing multiple projects simultaneously

Demonstrated leadership skills
Technical, clinical, and problem-solving skills including an understanding of device and drug clinical development requirements, their foundation and submission processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to drive for results and influence cross-functional team members to complete their work in a timely and professional manner
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements, including safety reporting for clinical trials. Expertise in scientific and/or medical writing
