POSITION TITLE:  Digital Marketing Specialist

LOCATION:  Hybrid In Office / Remote (North Carolina)

You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing all digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate MQLs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Responsibility to maintain and manage all digital channels, both customer facing and internal including website, social media and marketing automation
Evaluates emerging technologies. Provides suggestions and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Coordinates with global partners on website development and represents needs of the North American business
Partners with marketing department to develop and maintain campaigns
Plans and executes all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media
Explores ways to increase followership and engagement within social media channels
Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spending and performance based on the insights
Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies
Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Coordinating marketing efforts and technology integration with IT
Meets company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures
Adheres to company policies, procedures and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments
Performs other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Training and Experience
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, content marketing and web analytics.
Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and strategies
Experience in optimizing landing pages and buyer journeys
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent time management and project management skills.
Preferred 2-5 years in digital marketing execution and analytics
Experience in the dental or medical device industry is a plus.
Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms and trends
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, epiServer, and JavaScript development and constraints
Working knowledge of SalesForce Account Engagement
Solid knowledge of MS Dynamics 365
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manger, Retargeting Ad Platforms
Solid knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Hubspot)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools and social media tools (e.g. Meltwater and Sprout Social)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Keen eye for details, clean visual aesthetics, and overall user experience
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work hours are Monday-Friday and some weekends
The work environment of the position is in a remote and/or in office professional environment with uses of standard office equipment such as computer and phone and may be required to be in the HQ Office. Travel for meetings, conferences and events out of state may require overnight, weekend and international travel.
