The Workday Software Developer will analyze, design, develop, deploy and support the Workday enterprise platform, including guiding solution vision and strategy by providing a breakdown of complex projects, applications, and systems. In collaboration with line of business partners in Human Resources and Finance & Accounting, they will recommend solutions that aligns with business objectives and strategies.

As a Workday Developer Senior, you will:
Have knowledge of Workday implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and iLoad)
Have experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
Need strong technical experience with XML and Java
Manage system integrations within the architecture of the HR/Finance system and middleware
Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations as well as new integrations
Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests
Build applications for our clients, using an agile engineering mindset, ability to solve complex problems, strong engineering skills, and willingness to lead through the ambiguity of rapid change.
Conduct reviews and analysis of needs, and goals for the development and implementation of applications - including any redesign, replacement, or redevelopment efforts.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution.
Consult with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate with other architects andtechnical leads on design decisions.
Analyze current information technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
Perform routine break/fix support and regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces to the system and middleware

Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Technology, design, visual arts, communication, creative or related field.Required

Experience
Six or more years of experiencedeveloping/designing component-based web, mobile, or desktop applicationsRequired.
Two or more years of experience with Workday Business Processes, system configuration, and implementationRequired.
Expert knowledge of user-centered design principlesRequired.
Experience with a variety of Workday modules, including Adaptive Planning. Preferred
Two or more years of experience working with cloud technologiesPreferred.
Experience with agile methodologiesPreferred.

Certifications
SAFe certification. Preferred
Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights certified. Preferred
