About the Role

The Optimization Process Analystwill leverage business analysis skills to optimize the business needs to analyzeGen AI solutions to solve business problems. The person in this role will be responsible for eliciting and analyzing business requirements, creating functional and non-functional specifications, and initial QA testing of appropriate Gen AI solutions, all with the end-user experience in the fore front. The Optimization Process Analyst removes roadblocks, consults, and communicates to internal clients on appropriate use of Gen AI solutions for their business need based on consulting with Technology delivery teams. Provides expertise to others on the application of systems analysis methods and proactively identifying roadblocks and working to mitigate the same.

Responsibilities

Facilitate collaborative workshops with key stakeholders to document end-to-end current state processes, internal/external pain points, and desired outcomes for analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft the future state requirements with generative AI-driven automation.

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data to map opportunities for AI and/or automation.

Draft functional and non-functional requirements at a level that can be client-validated and utilized by the technical project team; manage/maintain all requirements documentation.

Construct service blueprints to specify and detail each aspect of service supporting client experience/journey end-to-end creating shared awareness of each team's responsibilities and ownership of critical service elements.

Utilize UX feedback, Job aids, procedures, and process maps to identify processes for further optimization and/or automation and using analysis make strategic recommendations.

Use Crowe standard tools for Agile methodology for user story development.

Prepare test plans, test scripts, and complete testing to minimize defects prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Facilitate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to prove the solution meets the client's needs.

Document and track defects/issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in hyperautomation business analysis (Process automation, workflow, API, AI).

2+ years of experience in MS Power platform or other hyperautomation tools.

Exposure to latest Gen AI tools (Copilot, Azure AI studio, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Extremely meticulous and organized with a strong customer service orientation and an aptitude for learning and working with technology and ability to identify and document solutions to complex business problems with accuracy.

Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments, and create deliverables with minimal direction.
