Job Description

Performance Health is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing our participation in industry tradeshows, conferences, and events. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a proven track record of managing successful tradeshow marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, event management, and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. Involves attending the larger key tradeshows.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Tradeshow Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive tradeshow marketing plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Event Planning and Execution: Oversee all aspects of tradeshow planning and execution, including booth design, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
Budget Management: Develop and manage tradeshow budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing ROI.
Vendor and Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with tradeshow organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event participation.
Marketing Collateral: Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, giveaways, and promotional items for events.
Lead Generation: Develop customer email campaigns and other non-traditional channels to engage and draw customers to events. Qualify leads at tradeshows, ensuring smooth handoff to the sales team for follow-up.
Post-Mortem: Conduct post-event evaluations, including data analysis and reporting on key metrics, to assess the success of key tradeshows and identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for tradeshow initiatives.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to continuously enhance our tradeshow presence.
Support the wider segment marketing team on key marketing campaigns
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing
1-4 years of event marketing and KOL experience
Strong working ability of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong ability to communicate virtually and in person
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight travel

This is a full-time position with an hourly pay rate of $24.00 - $28.00 plus benefits.
