Description
This person will be responsible for entering historical grant date into the new electronic grants database system, Kuali. The person will work under the direction of Gabbie Goodpasture to facilitate entry of grant submissions, awarded grants and/or pending applications.  
 Examples of Duties

These positions are generally used to perform general office work in support of departmental operations. Basic clerical aptitude skills, such as: alphabetizing, spelling, mathematics, grammar, proofreading, computer skills, business telephone etiquette, etc. may be required.
Types of positions for which this temporary employment category may be used include:
Office Support Assistant
Library Clerk
Human Resource Assistant
Image Processing Technician
Hourly Salaries also vary based upon type of position.
Qualifications

High school graduation or equivalent.
Any one or any combination of the following, totaling six (6) months of experience in the categories below:
work experience performing office/clerical activities, including use of computer systems
college or university course work in any curriculum
twelve (12) semester hours = six (6) months
