Job Description
Your Role: This position will use pallet handling equipment and pallet repair equipment to efficiently repair broken pallets.
Safely and efficiently utilize the pallet repair handling equipment
Ability to build stable, well-built pallets for shipment
Understanding of pallet components, dimensions, and repair methods used when repairing pallets
Consistently meet company production and quality level standards
Applies lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste in all areas of the position
Role Specifics:
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Hours: 7:00pm to 5:30am
Dusty, noisy work environment
Indoor/outdoor work with temperatures varying from hot/humid to extreme cold
Extensive standing/walking while operating pallet repair equipment
Overtime as needed
