Position Overview

The Marketing Technology Digital Operations Manager serves as a subject matter expert in marketing automation and website authoring operations to support multiple business areas, but primarily Corporate Marketing. They are accountable for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Adobe Campaign Classic marketing automation platform, creating marketing automation campaigns, and supporting the continued enhancement of the platform. They would also be responsible for overseeing website updates and operations for Wintrusts 80+ different websites leveraging Adobe Experience Manager. Oversight of Adobe Experience Manager for this role is limited to Content Authoring and management of the Content Authoring team. This individual will be collaborating with the Website Software Engineering Manager and their teams, and collectively develop and help manage a roadmap for Application Development as well, though the traditional development work is outside the scope of responsibilities for the role.

This individual will work closely with other team members, business resources, and stakeholders across the enterprise to support digital marketing efforts.

It is the responsibility of the Marketing Technology Digital Operations Manager to serve in an ongoing partnership with customers, maintaining in-depth knowledge of business operations, strategies, information requirements, and priorities. The group is tasked with building positive and active partnerships across the client enterprise, taking leadership roles in clarifying and communicating vision for how the group can serve the clients needs. The Marketing Technology Digital Operations Manager helps drive initial customer needs analyses, ensures customer requests are compatible with ITs technical direction, helps to prioritize needs enterprise-wide, and participates with customers and other IT groups in the development of annual and long-term system plans.
