Job Description

What Youll Do:
- Perform review and verification of key system data fields for new and renewed using supporting loan documentation. Complete a QC checklist for each loan verified then scan to imaging system. Communicate errors identified to the Loan Servicing team. Track for the completion of the correction requested and verify it was done properly.
- Review maintenance performed on the loan system against source documents to verify accuracy. Communicate errors found. Communicate errors identified to the Loan Servicing team.
- Complete all required compliance courses as assigned throughout the year.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience
- Good understanding and knowledge of loan documentation and key system data fields.
- Proficient working knowledge of general loan concepts and of core processing system and functionality.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.
