Brief Description The CDM Associate, is responsible for:

+ Performing basic order entry and data maintenance duties, which include:

+ processing orders,

+ results, and

+ member/customer demographic changes.

+ Managing common orders/requests to successful resolution, considering multiple system interactions.

+ Following specific guidelines and processes, working under general supervision to perform the functions of the job.

Specific Duties

+ Primary duties and responsibilities of the CDM Associate:

+ Provide order processing, data maintenance, and verify services, such that clean and error free data is loaded, agreed upon turnaround (TAT) time is maintained, and goals are achieved.

+ Process domestic orders including cancel/adds.

+ Create CAP Fee estimates.

+ Process LAP documents via data entry (ISRs, Responses, complaints, Post Inspection Critiques, Team Leader Evaluations and Team Member Evaluations).

+ Process Result forms.

+ Update CAP Today addresses.

+ Process returned mail – correcting addresses in appropriate systems and resending documents as necessary.

+ Tracking of PT products, publications etc. when requested.

+ Work on Salesforce cases.

+ Proactively seek out all sources of input associated with an assigned task.

+ Work with other departments to ensure the most appropriate and timely response to customer account changes and assure continuity of CAP programs.

+ Assist with predefined quality projects such as data remediation.

+ Perform functions within standard guidelines, such that department productivity and accuracy exceeds expectations.

+ Offer support to other CDM staff to meet deadlines or overcome staff shortages.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills Required / Preferred Personal:

+ Strong grammar and spelling aptitude.

+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

+ Able to work in a team environment.

Professional:

+ Able to meet multiple deadlines in a high-volume production environment.

+ Able to analyze and solve problems, including the ability to apply business knowledge appropriately across multiple systems.

Technical:

+ Solid keyboarding skills.

+ Technical aptitude and service orientation with good phone/communication skills.

+ Strong working knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft applications necessary.

Education / Experience Education:

+ College preferred.

Experience:

+ Previous experience in order processing or remittance type positions.

+ Experience with data capture, scanning, and imaging techniques preferred.

+ Experience with Oracle and database applications preferred.

+ This role is based out of the Northfield, IL headquarters and candidates must reside within a reasonable commute to the office.
