The System Leadership Initiative (SLI) is a small team that supports leadership development programming and events including virtual and in person leadership conferences, experiential development opportunities, and speaking engagements. In this role you will handle key technology and experiential development programs supporting our (Federal Reserve System) FRS leaders. You will report the Manager of the team and will have no direct reports.

The Leadership Development Analyst assists with leadership development program activities and events focused on the online and experiential development programs and opportunities. Also includes leadership conferences, experiential development opportunities, and speaking engagements. Level of work is considered intermediate and staff must be able to work under general supervision. You will report to the Manager and have no direct reports.

Your Responsibilities:

Event Planning

+ Implement SLI events, both virtually and in person, by coordinating with Bank support services and third-party vendors (i.e., District and System information technology/multimedia teams)

+ Draft and build project plans to ensure leadership development activities are completed on time, within budget and optimum quality

+ You will prepare and distribute communications and marketing materials

+ Coordinate experiential and online learning logistics and acts as primary contact for participants

+ Manage FedLearn (Learning Management System) for all SLI programs, continuing education record keeping

+ Assist event expenses, invoices, contracts, and partner with internal support departments

+ You will help with and support event design and content recommendations for review

+ Supports the SLI liaisons including meeting materials, user experience, and customer support

Program Management

+ Collaborate with program partners to assess needs, establish program goals, and provide direction

+ Be the central contact and coordinate recurring meetings and engagements for important program partners

+ Manage content, communications, and marketing materials for multiple internal program websites

+ Support leadership development program planning

+ Provide performance reports to leadership and stakeholders

+ Support technology needs and development for the team including, but not limited to video production, event websites/registration, talent development offerings, and virtual collaboration sites

+ Support metrics tracking, reporting and communication for all programs including the ongoing dashboard and regular reporting activities

+ Manages and maintains online presence including but not limited to websites, video channels, talent exchange SharePoint site and other related technology

Your Background:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

+ Three or more years of relevant work experience

+ Experience organizing meeting and events, virtual sessions

+ Experience with learning programs, implementation, facilitation, and management

+ Project management.

+ Verbal and written communication skills

+ Project planning and organizational skills

+ Ability to work independently

+ Advanced analytical and technology skills

+ Team player who excels in collaborative team environment

+ Customer service/customer relations orientation

+ Experienced in negotiation and influence

+ Experience with software implementation and administration including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint Online, Tableau, Webex

Additional Requirements:

+ This is a hybrid position in Chicago, IL, requiring a minimum of two days per week in office.
