Sales Associate, Sales Desk- Hospital Patient Monitoring (Remote)

Job Description

The Sales Associate within the Sales Desk team works with a team of individuals to obtain our organizational goals, maintain key customer relationships, and identify business opportunities in current market conditions through collaborative opportunities with our Hospital Patient Monitoring team.

Your role:

+ Act as the point of contact, handle customers individual needs, and provide quotes while generating new business using existing and potential customer networks.

+ Identify and advance sales opportunities while working with sales leaders and account teams to continuously increase prospect funnel. Use data analytics to contribute to territory planning/coverage.

+ Maintaining and upselling within established accounts.

+ Reach out to incoming leads to discuss the nature of their business via phone/email and discuss how our POS solution may benefit their business.

+ Achieve specific metrics related to funnel velocity, opportunity advancement and territory growth.

You’re the right fit if:

+ You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience..

+ You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in inside sales, field sales, customer service and/or a related field. Experience selling medical devices, service agreements, consumables and/or any healthcare selling experience, preferred.

+ Your skills include excellent communication, listening, presentation, strong PC skills (MS project, Office and Outlook) and closing skills.

+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

+ You’re a results oriented, high energy, balanced, “take charge” individual with a hunter mentality.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $80,750.00 to $114,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
