Who We Are:

Symetria Recovery is the #1 outpatient rehab in Illinois and Texas. It started with three simple, yet game-changing core beliefs: Addiction is a disease; co-occurring mental health conditions should be addressed, and patients deserve respect, not judgement. Symetria Recovery provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment with a focus on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in a welcoming outpatient setting. Unlimited clinical services are available to our patients under our bundled-service delivery model. Key services delivered through our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) licensure include MAT, medically monitored psychiatric care, individual therapy, group therapy (IOP), 6-day-per-week nursing care, and ongoing aftercare. Most of our patients being provided medication receive Buprenorphine products, but they can also receive Methadone, injectables (Vivitrol, Sublocade), and any other FDA-approved medication for addiction.

What You Will Do:

+ Provide a leading role in treatment decisions by working closely with the Medical Provider, clinical staff, and Program Director.

+ The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for dispensing medications and ensuring the appropriate medical care is administered for patients in recovery.

+ Daily interactions with patients to provide support while assisting to improve their health and well-being.

+ The ability to travel to other clinics within the Chicagoland metro area (Joliet, Naperville, Des Plaines, Palos Heights, Lakeview, Vernon Hills).

Who You Are:

+ Current and valid LPN license with no restrictions and licensed within the state of assigned clinic as LPN or RN required.

+ 1-year experience as an LPN or RN required.

+ Eighteen months of education or training beyond the high school level in Nursing or related field of study required; graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.

+ Full time position (40 hours per week)

+ Must be able to receive and follow, as well as give detailed instructions.

+ Be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

+ Be able to be efficient while working in a fast paced and stressful environment.

+ Have good communication skills and maintain a professional working relationship with staff and patients.

+ Must be capable of working under pressure as well as communicate, organize, and plan effectively and efficiently.

+ Requires occasional bending, reaching, and stretching.

+ Must maintain a professional working relationship with patients and staff.

+ Must be able to concentrate for extended periods of time, paying attention to detail.
