About the Role

You will transform data into actionable insights and develop scalable, data-driven solutions. Your role involves leading machine learning projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities

Leading machine learning projects, ensuring scientific rigor.

Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions and identify new opportunities.

Designing, train, and deploy advanced algorithms to enhance employee awareness and utilization of benefits.

Using statistical modeling and controlled experiments to inform business strategies and product development.

Mentoring data scientists, contribute to internal tooling, and keep up with ML and AI advancements.

Requirements

Completion of advanced education Ph.D or Master’s) in a quantitative field.

4+ years of experience in cross-functional data science projects.

Able communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience in Python and SQL.

Experience to work individually and drive projects forward.

Experience in traditional machine learning in NLP and deep learning.

Experience in designing, deploying, and evaluating generative AI applications.

Experience with model and service deployment frameworks.

Experience mentoring data scientists and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

82,000 USD

Maximum :

130,100 USD
